NEW CLIENTS
Thank you for your interest in Rub-a-Dub-Dog Bathhouse and Spa! The first step to becoming a client is to complete our New Client Information Form. One form must be submitted for each dog that you would like to have groomed. We will be notified once your form is received and will contact you to acknowledge receipt of it. We will also contact your vet to have vaccinations sent to us if you do not provide them with your form. Once we have all your information we'll give you a call to schedule and add a credit card on file, per our 24-hour cancellation policy. We can't wait to meet you and your best furry friend soon!
EXISTING CLIENTS
You may Book Now or email us at Rub-a-Dub-Dog Bathhouse and Spa. We also have a dedicated text line that is integrated with our calendar - (205) 236-3924. All staff can view emails and text messages so we typically can respond faster than via phone. If you do call, always leave a message as we return calls in the order received. Finally, if you have more than one dog, please email us instead of booking online as it is more challenging for you to book more than one at a time online.
